Block mounts on the radiator core support behind the battery. The small 12 volt wire runs from the positive battery cable to the junction block and over to the horn relay, supplying power to the headlight harness via the horn relay. You can view this set up in the Factory Assembly Manual under UPC 12 A5 item#4. This part replaces original GM part# 3882795. The assembly line correct nut is sold under EGP-1122.
