The factory installed this grommet in the firewall to protect the oil line when it routes thru the firewall. This is an exact reproduction of the original GM grommet including the correct embossed mold numerals. Proper installation hole can be found in the Factory Assembly Manual under U17 A3. See part# 3906193. To determine the proper size hole and location, see UPC 0 A9 #3. It shows the hole is supposed to be .50 +.00 -.01 diameter hole at existing dimple. | |
