This steel band acts as the ground for the entire dash cluster. If you are missing this part or the screw is not installed over the top of the bright light indicator, the entire cluster and lights will not function properly. The part you receive will be a used part that may require cleaning and painting for restoration purposes. There are two styles of this part. The wire and the strap.
