Replace your Rally Sport headlight bucket assemblies with completely new electric controlled buckets, door hinges, door plates, black edged Rally Sport grille & black edged headlight doors, upper and lower Rally Sport grille moldings, Rally Sport headlight bezels, Rally Sport headlight door bezels, Rally Sport front fender bezels, RS headlight bushing kit, special Rally Sport headlight mounting hardware, Rally Sport front parking lamp assemblies including housings, housing gaskets, lens, lens gaskets, hardware, special chrome screws. You will also receive complete Rally Sport backup lamp assemblies including housings, lens, lens gaskets, housing gaskets, special chrome screws, all mounting hardware, Rally Sport taillight lens, Rally Sport windshield wiper bottle mounting bracket and a 449 page 1968 Camaro Factory Assembly Manual with 15 page illustrated sections dedicated to RPO Z-22 Rally Sport Package shown under sections UPC Z22 A1-A15. Even when new, the vacuum-operated headlight door systems on the 1968 and 1969 Rally Sport (RS) Camaros was undependable, difficult to troubleshoot and expensive to fix. Hard to believe, but it was an improvement over the equally complicated 1967 Rally Sport electric headlight door design. That can all be a distant memory by replacing the old system with this amazingly simple, easy-to-install solution, giving reliable headlight door actuation at the touch of a button. This Rally Sport electric headlight door conversion kit includes left and right headlight housings with pre-assembled motor plates, high-efficiency motors, clutch units and output arms, factory-style bumpers & screws, and completely finished wiring harness. The new headlight door wiring harness only requires a ground attachment and connection to the power block on the radiator support. Detailed picture-illustrated sheets guide you through the installation of this Rally Sport electric headlight door kit. Our kit includes a six-month manufacturer's warranty.
