| Description | 1967 Camaro rear axle traction bar radius rod kit with brackets, slapper bracket, rubber stopper and all hardware required to mount. Correct reproduction Square traction bar with bushings pre-installed. Rod mounts on the passenger side only. This kit includes all mounting hardware and front & rear traction bar mounting bracket. Typically the square bar was used on later Z/28 and SS-350 models built after Februrary 23rd 1967. This is when the square traction bar replaced the round traction bar. Square bar illustrations are shown in Factory Assembly Manual under section UPC L78 A8. The purpose was to counter wheel hop due to the mono-leaf rear springs. Replaces original GM part# 3914806 bracket, 3920234 radius rod, rubber bumper stop 3920240 bumper, original GM part# 9420460 nut, 103331 lock washer, 3920236 bolt, 3917528 bolt, 103330 lock washer, 9420041 nut, 103321 lock washer, 382588 washer, 9418931 nut, 3957663 screw, 3920238 bolt, 3920241 spacer, 103329 lock washer, 9418932 nut, 9420152 screw. Square bar installation instructions and illustrations are shown in Factory Assembly Manual under section UPC L78 A8. NOTE: The second photo shows all fasteners individually. |
