This car was purchased earlier this year from one of our clients. He was the second owner and he bought the car from the original owner back in 1982. The 2nd owner parked the car in 1982 in a garage and never started it after that. We attempted to oil the engine and loosen it up to get the car running. We were not successful.  We then removed the engine and had it completely rebuilt. We replaced the pistons and saved all old parts. The original starter motor and original water pump were rebuilt as well and re installed on the engine. The original DZ carburetor was also rebuild and re installed. At this time the engine runs perfectly and the car is driveable. The brakes will need to be done and probably suspension bushings for safety.

This is a survivor car and would be a great car to perform a points restoration. This would be for the most fastidious collector who enjoys originality to perfection.

The car is not only all original, it is also well documented and a very desirable Z/28 as such.

Note:  A NOS passenger side fender is included with this car. The fender was painted once, however, it still has the GM parts sticker intact and its in perfect condition.
