1969 Camaro RS/SS 396 375 HP Automatic Hugger Orange & Black Houndstooth Interior

This Camaro is a real tough call. First of all it is a 396 375 HP car with original single fuel line and original 12 bolt, plus it was built in California. The NCRS paperwork says it went to the California GM Engineering Center. So who can say for sure what is correct. If you look closely at the firewall, they removed AC from the car or the firewall section on passenger side. The car has clutch pedals, but it was an automatic car. See the floor tunnel. It is definitely a dual exhaust car with original 12 bolt. At one time someone spray coated the underneath and the firewall. This is a really clean car. Hugger Orange with Black Houndstooth originally and a fold down back seat. Rather odd. It was not a cowl induction car though. Its too early of a build day. So I will go with a super clean RS SS 396 car. I'm not sure of original horsepower. Appears to be original fuel line and that spells only one car a high perf car. The car is shown as it is and has clear title and the secret vin is shown in the photos. So original trim tag, vin tag and all.

Note the 4 speed shifter boot and trim appear to be there since day one. But the automatic shifter well nuts are original. What was GM doing with this car?
