We purchased this car about 4-5 years ago when a good friend decided it wasn't for him to finish. Other things in life come up in his life so he had to abandon the restoration. This is where Heartbeat City decided we wanted to restored the highest Optioned 1968 Camaro Z/28 on planet Earth.
 
This 1968 Camaro Z/28 RS was sold new in Kansas City, Kansas at Feld Chevrolet. The dealership's owner had a son and he ordered the car. Needless to say, the car was almost fully loaded. Please see the option list below. It is rather substantial.

This ultra rare Camaro has undergone a complete frame off restoration
sparing no expense. The car features the original "born with" Engine, Transmission, and rear axle assembly, Furthermore, all components are original to this car. Those include the original alternator, starter, water pump, radiator, master cylinder, brake booster, pulleys, shifter, valve covers, fan blade and original dated fan clutch, and 15x6 original dated DF wheels. 
 
Note: If you review the photos, you will see the original engine production stamping, the transmission stamping, and the rear axle stamping, You can also see the trim tag.
 
This Camaro is believed to be the highest optioned 1968 Z/28 in existence. 
 
We are not a car dealer and this car is offered from the owner of Heartbeat City as it is part of his collection. We do not collect sales tax for the sale of this car, all documentation is provided when purchased, is is your responsibility to claim and pay any taxes or duties in your home state.
